Hope things are fine @ your end. We had good time in SKT Residency - Yercaud. The hotel was too good. We are planning this time to visit Kodaikanal sometime next month (tentative dates (24.07.2010 & 25.07.2010). Would like you to email me the list of budgeted hotels with tariff rates & taxes in Kodaikanal for 8 members. (1 double bedded, either two 3 bedded rooms or one 6 six bedded room)

at the outset, let me first thank you for all the suport and arranggement for our wonderful north-east tour. It was a real pleasure. The commintment and dedication towards yur customer is truely valued. Every arrangement in tour was really good.
There are some improvements that could be made though.
The vehicle arrangement can be improved as the person whom we had to contact Mr. Subba was arrogant at time which could hamper your customer services satisfaction. (Vehicle problem was faced by the group who had gone to kerala last year.)
If there are any sight-seeing places not mentioned in the tour but is on the way the same should be left to the discreation of the clients.e.g. we had river rafting which is on the way from darjeeling to gangtok but were not able to enjoy the same.
I must mention very specifically that the driver at Gangtok was an extremenly good person and was quite co-operative.
Overall I would surely grade the service as 4 on the scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest.
We would surely get intouch with IHR for any future tours and also recommend the same to our near and dear ones.
Can you please give in the tour details for Kulu-Manali and Kashmir in the month of March, April. My parents wish to visit the place so i request you to consider the same for 2 senior citizens. and a separate one for one of my friends of 4 people

This is regarding my lattest trip to Mussoorie from 26th june to 28th june 2009

I was one of those, who always look for something new and relaxing when i am on holidays and i am glad to found the same in the hotel suggested by you "Kasmanda Palace".

I went there by car, so i was a bit worried about the parking space n all but it was good to see the parking area of the hotel.

next is the beautiful interior that catches my eyes i must say "An interior that has been preserved, in its original form". An experience that transports me back, in ther history.

As far as the facilities are concerned i found it up to the mark such a big garden where me and family enjoyed the sound of long pine trees and my daugther has enjoyed to thwe max while she was busy with horse riding and to forget things like lawn tennis court and the baby sitting facilities etc.

on the whole a perfect holiday for me and my family we really enjoyed a lot and credit goes to you, the one who organised this trip for us.

we are looking ahead to see you again for our next holidays and will hope that we will get the same kind of response next time as well

Overall we have enjoyed a lot. Your arrangement was excellent.

Stay a Sterling Munnar was beautiful because of its location.
Food & Service at Sn Internatinal ,Thekadi was good.
Houseboat was memorable experience , everything was excellent.
Transportation with Mr Babu & his cab driver Mr Silval was excellent, because in any trip cab drivers attitude towards customers is very important.

Some constructive criticisms, I would like to give as well for your future clients.

Service at Sterling Munnar was horrible, they are running there hotel with all the trainees & needs improvement, we gave written feedback to there in charge also. He also accepted the same, as it caused trouble to lot of guests there, including us. We had to take food from Club Mahindra nearby because of there horrible food & service Rooms given at SN international were not good and should be improved for your future clients, as It was of minimum category. Kindly take care of these things to make your clients more comfortable.

It gives me immense pleasure to come accross your Website which really helps Customer get Value for money. More importantly, Customer gets platform to share opinion about Hotels and their services.

I am yet to have 1st experience of Stay at your recommended Hotel but wanted to share an Experinece I had while arranging my Booking through one of your Advisors Ms Nidhi.

They way Nidhi has handled booking has been really fantastic. Though she/Indiahotel still got scope to improve upon the services, it really was wonderful experience.
